  • The festival is always the last weekend of August. This will be the 30th & 31st Aug 2025.

  • Saturday 09:30 – 18:00

  • Ticket prices will be announced in April 2025

  • Tickets will be released in April 2025, when they are public please click on the Tickets button anywhere on this website to purchase a ticket.

  • Yes, you will be able to purchase tickets on the day, please speak to our staff at the entrance.

  • Absolutely! For any cyclists or walkers we have a bespoke entrance by the Gatehouse (clearly signposted on the road). Just follow directions to the festival site and you’ll be directed to the appropriate entrance.

    Please note we cannot take any responsibility for lost or stolen bicycles.

  • Public transport is limited, we are looking into a dedicated bus to transport people between Great Bentley Train Station and our venue, and details will be announced soon.

    Otherwise:

    BY CAR: M25 - exit junction 28, A12 to A120, A133 to local roads.

    BY TRAIN: The nearest Train Stations are Great Bentley or Clacton-on-Sea.

  • We employ a core team of people during the week of the festival to help set everything up and take key roles during the festival weekend. These roles offer great experience in event management.

    We also offer a number of paid opportunities during the weekend of the festival.

  • Absolutely. We’re always on the lookout for responsible volunteers to help us to run the festival for the full week running up to the festival.

  • Applications for 2025 will open soon. Keep an eye on our social media accounts for application releases.

    Please note we only accept trade applications from the South East food and drink businesses. If you are outside this area you can become a Sponsor and get special benefits for your support. Please see the Sponsors page or get in touch

  • Parking for everyone attending the festival is £4.

    Please follow the AA road signs as you get closer to St Osyth.

    Disabled parking is available by the Entrance Gate. Please follow the general parking signs and staff will direct you to a dedicated Disabled parking spot on arrival

  • Dogs are not allowed on site, unless they are a registered guide dog.

    Please do not leave your dog in your vehicle.

  • To make any amendments to your booking, please contact TicketMaster, who look after our online ticket sales.

    All tickets are non-refundable.

  • Yes, the festival staff at the Back Lawn will be happy to hold your shopping for you if you wish.

  • St Osyth Priory is largely flat with limited steps, however the ground is uneven in many places.

    If you use any walking aids, we recommend ensuring they are suitable for grass and gravel surfaces.

    We are currently looking into mobility scooters, but are yet to find a provider who is available on the day.
