In order to exhibit at this year's festival please read the Trader Handbook, and complete the relevant application form.

    To apply you must:

• Currently be trading as a food or drink producer

• Be based in the SouthEast

• Have public and product liability insurance, a food safety hygiene certificate and employers’ liability insurance, where relevant

• Products sold must be available all year round, either online or in farm shops, supermarkets and other stores
